HRE Wheels

At HRE, there is one simple goal: "To build the best wheels in the world."

Starting with aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and finishing with high strength stainless steel or titanium fasteners and lug bolts, HRE designs, engineers and manufactures every wheel in-house at their 60,000 sq. ft. facility near San Diego, California.

HRE wheels are tested to exceed U.S., Japanese and German government regulations for radial and rotary fatigue, as well as impact. Their manufacturing facility maintains German/EU TUV Verification status, ensuring consistent quality from start to finish. For example, each application undergoes intensive Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to achieve optimal reductions in unsprung mass and rotational inertia as well as maximum strength and stiffness, resulting in enhanced ride quality, improved braking, acceleration and suspension performance.

A motorsports, street performance and luxury design leader, HRE introduced its no-lip design, the P40, in 2007 and revolutionized a wheel industry that had been focused on a deep-lip look for years. "Innovative" will always describe an HRE wheel, but so, too, will "refined" and "appropriate." Their design and engineering teams create a great selection of styles that are vehicle-specific, lightweight and never require hub rings or spacers. The lines and form are purposeful to both complement and enhance vehicle design.
